Directions

From Boston and Points North-

495 South to Exit2 (Rte 58 S) West Wareham / Rochester
at end of exit go right onto Rte 58
Rte 58 becomes County Road at stop light intersection. Go straight through that intersection. You are now on County Road.
Continue for about 0.8 miles. My Private Practice will be on the right.

From New Bedford Area and Points West-

Take I-95 East toward Cape Cod
Take Exit 20 to Rte 105. At end of exit go left onto Rte 105.
Take first right off of Rte 105 after the on ramp to I-95. You are now on County Road.
Follow County Road for approx. 5 miles to #461 County Road. Disregard street numbers on right side of road as they are in another town and do not coincide with numbers on the left.

From Cape Cod Area-

Take MA Rte. 25W
Take exit 2, Carver / West Wareham
At end of exit go left. You are now on Rte. 58. Follow for approx. one-quarter mile to first set of lights. Here, Rte 58 becomes County Road. Continue straight through traffic lights and go 0.8 miles where you will find My Private Practice Holistic Center on the right.

Cancellation Policy

We do have a cancellation policy. The time of your appointment is reserved for you. Please give us a 24 HOUR NOTICE if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours and NO SHOWS deny someone else the opportunity for a session.

Full payment will be charged for noncompliance.
